HOW MUCH ARE RESERVATIONS AND WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Reservation Fee $150
- Professional Photographer exclusively shooting your athlete in one heat
- Small quality digital picture to share on social media, in newspaper stories and make small prints. This image will be made available the day of your athlete's swim.
- Personalized online gallery to select the pictures you wish to purchase.
Additional Heat $50 (includes additional file)
HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. Signup Today - There will be a limited number of photographers and space is limited. All reservations will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.
One of our photographers will take pictures of your athlete competing
2. Share your picture - The day of competition you will receive a picture from the race to share with friends, family and news.
3. Select your art - About a week after Trials you will receive a link to your personalized gallery of high quality images. Select and purchase the pictures and products to keep your memories alive.
We offer personalized viewing appointments online and we ship your art directly to your doorstep.

What products can I purchase?
How is the "included" picture selected? The picture included in your reservation will be a swimming picture where possible and will be chosen by our professional photographers and editors. This allows us to immediately begin editing the pictures after your athletes swim and get the image to you for sharing quickly.
What happens if you miss my swimmer? Our photographers make every effort to not miss a swimmer, but since these are live action events there is always a chance we will miss someone. In this case, we will attempt to photograph another event for your swimmer. If not other events exist you will be contacted and and issued a refund.
I have a hard time picking pictures, can you help me? Yes, A limited number of in person sales sessions will be available onsite during the week of trials for those wishing to purchase wall art. If you would like to book an appointment, fill out the info below and we will contact you to schedule. After trials we will offer sales sessions via skype and phone where we can assist you in selecting images and planning your walls.
